Patient, Professional and Prompt; the staff walked me through each step of my visit explaining the "what and why" of each procedure, which was extremely helpful in diminishing my serious, lifelong anxiety of dental appointments. And I was examined by the professional and friendly staff within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. Though I am not chomping at the bit for my next appointment, I am not dreading it. It certainly bodes well for the next generation of Doctors and Dental clinicians at this NYU affiliated training facility.

I was v impressed w my experience at NYU Dental Brooklyn location. I expected a very long wait time, but was seen promptly during my appt time. The staff were kind and attentive, place was clean, receptionist was v helpful and caring. Thank you for your great service!

My Hygienist at NYU Dentistry Brooklyn Patient Care is named Esther. Esther is skillful, knowledgeable and an excellent healthcare provider. These are expected traits from a licensed professional. However, what you won't always find is compassion, empathy, sympathy, patience and kindness. These are ALL the extras that Esther gives her patients. No question was too small and each one was answered with detail and patience. Every step she took was explained beforehand. Her method of operating was so comforting that I nearly fell asleep during my cleaning! Ms. Morgan and the staff at the front counter are polished & proficient. They are always pleasant and setting appointments are swift and painless. I have no complaints about this facility and I encourage everyone to run, not walk to this dental office for quality dental care. Sincerely, D. Evans

I’ve been here many times over the last 3 years, for checkups and cleanings as well as more extensive work. They’re professional, the receptionist is always friendly and I always feel I’m in good hands here. If you’re not in their system yet it can take time to get an appointment.

My experience has been amazing. Let me start by saying the facility is pristine. From the moment you present, they are so warm and welcoming. Rebekah, the manager is Magical.she reviews and updates insurance on the spot. My implant is covered. When I asked who to speak to about her, her ,director came down and confirmed what I already knew. Thank you, Queen Walker, your work shows through your team. My doctor, Dr. Butler is the best. She doesn't offer you things you don't need. Even when the prosthodontist made a suggestion, she assured me there were other options. The prothodontist, on the other hand, needs some sensitivity training. She has a hard approach to patient care.

This is my first ever rating online, but I was so impressed by my experience that I had to post. The staff here are empathetic, understanding and professional. An extra special shout out to the Clinic Manager Rebekah, who goes above and beyond her duties to ensure that you and your family’s dental needs are planned for and provided at the highest quality. A true gem of a professional that one rarely experiences nowadays. I hope NYU is aware of the value she brings to the organization.

Had a dental exam and cleaning, both were thorough and professional. Admin staff was helpful and kind, short wait time, no complaints. I will be returning!

So far so good. I had to wait a little (month or 2) for my initial appointment but that did not bother me. First appointment was a consultation. I got x-rays and needed to return for a cleaning and a dental plan. So they scheduled a cleaning and revision of the plan a month later. Cleaning was great! Plan seems good. We get to the actual work in abt a month. Will update

I have been getting work done here for over a year. I've had many pleasant experiences. The ladies at the reception desk, Natasha & Patricia, are so helpful. They always went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. The dental students work very well and are always friendly. I have no complaints about the work they completed on my teeth. I highly recommend NYU Dentistry.

The reception team operates with notable efficiency, maintaining smooth check-ins and clear communication. Trisha, in particular, consistently delivers prompt, accurate service and demonstrates a high level of professionalism that sets the tone for the entire visit.
